Provide the exact vehicle and location. If several vehicles are located at different stores or regions, tell us whether they should be consolidated to one port or shipped from different ports. Domestic trucking, port handling, carrier selection and sailing schedules differ by Japanese port.

Port Selection

Choose the Japanese loading port after checking location and schedule

We do not assume every shipment should depart from Tokyo or Yokohama. A vehicle in Kanto, Chubu or Kansai may have a different optimal port. The final quotation should identify the actual loading port and carrier.

Destination

Confirm the exact Malaysian destination port and quotation scope

Please confirm the exact Malaysian port, such as Port Klang when applicable, and whether the requested quotation ends at the destination port or includes any separately agreed destination-side services.

Import duty, taxes, registration, government charges and Malaysia-side inland delivery are not included unless separately agreed and confirmed.

For Mercedes-Maybach, Ferrari, Lexus and other premium vehicles, we recommend careful professional container stuffing and secure lashing. Loading facility, ground clearance, access ramps, wheel/underbody protection and approved lashing points can affect the quotation.

Import eligibility, local taxes, registration and destination-country requirements must be confirmed for the specific vehicle and importer. Constructure does not guarantee local importability before verification.

Payment

Cost and payment structure

For vehicle sourcing/export handling, Constructure's service fee is USD 700 per vehicle. Vehicle purchase cost, auction/dealer charges, inland transport, export/port charges, ocean freight, insurance and other third-party expenses are paid by the buyer under the final transaction structure. Constructure does not finance or advance these costs.
